you must be kidding us…

15 02 2012

Since the Lehman Brothers collapse, Europe and Euro-zone were safe enough and there was no Greek problem to be mentioned.

Until the  day the three big credit agencies started to downgrade Greece’s ratings to “junk”.

Afterwards, IMF and E.U  “vultures” were happy enough to lend us “some” money, in order Greece not to “default”.

Greeks started to cut back , pension cuts, wage cuts,  and more cuts were introduced…

The Merkozy pair is more interested into the future elections, than to save Greece (even though we, Greeks, buy fighter jets and naval ships from France and Leopard fighter tanks and submarines from Germany and many more)

Merkel, Schauble, Sarkozy, Junker, Frieden and others are draining Greeks just for fun. They just don’t give a s&#t about Greece, they even want to drive Greeks to the exit of Euro Zone…

They want more and more …

Please give us some space , let us breath, give us a brake.

We are trying our best,  everyone!

in return, we get nothing but harsh words, obnoxious attitude toward the Greek people

When I saw Schauble talking to the Portuguese Fin.Minister, he remind me of a King who is kind enough to give some petty cash to his servant. I could understand how Schauble and other European Fin.Ministers treated Ev.Venizelos, the Greek Fin.Minister.

Schauble

Frieden

Merkel

Rehn

Sorry, but being in The E.U or the Euro Zone means to be equal among equals. To ask for help and to get help. Not to be humiliated just for the shake of it .

This is too much.

I don’t think that in the last couple of years, Greece became the “black sheep” country that everyone spit on nowadays …

It is toooo much !

Downgrading Greece, My @ss !

7 03 2011

Now, I am really pissed off!

Some White-collared, Armani and D&G suited with silver cuff-links Macho Yuppies from London’s City together with their counterparts in the States decided to make those Greeks pay for the whole World’s Debt… thus, the Moody’s Investors service Downgraded Greek Economy  to B1 from  Ba1…

the catch for this downgrading is the details on what exactly the Moody’s Rating agency stands for …and to whom that may be useful.

Meet the Fockers!

CREDIT RATINGS ARE MOODY’S INVESTORS SERVICE, INC.’S (“MIS”) CURRENT OPINIONS OF THE RELATIVE FUTURE CREDIT RISK OF ENTITIES, CREDIT COMMITMENTS, OR DEBT OR DEBT-LIKE SECURITIES. MIS DEFINES CREDIT RISK AS THE RISK THAT AN ENTITY MAY NOT MEET ITS CONTRACTUAL, FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS AS THEY COME DUE AND ANY ESTIMATED FINANCIAL LOSS IN THE EVENT OF DEFAULT. CREDIT RATINGS DO NOT ADDRESS ANY OTHER RISK, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LIQUIDITY RISK, MARKET VALUE RISK, OR PRICE VOLATILITY. CREDIT RATINGS ARE NOT STATEMENTS OF CURRENT OR HISTORICAL FACT. CREDIT RATINGS DO NOT CONSTITUTE INVESTMENT OR FINANCIAL ADVICE, AND CREDIT RATINGS ARE NOT RECOMMENDATIONS TO PURCHASE, SELL, OR HOLD PARTICULAR SECURITIES. CREDIT RATINGS DO NOT COMMENT ON THE SUITABILITY OF AN INVESTMENT FOR ANY PARTICULAR INVESTOR. MIS ISSUES ITS CREDIT RATINGS WITH THE EXPECTATION AND UNDERSTANDING THAT EACH INVESTOR WILL MAKE ITS OWN STUDY AND EVALUATION OF EACH SECURITY THAT IS UNDER CONSIDERATION FOR PURCHASE, HOLDING, OR SALE.

So, why the heck do these ratings exist ???????

To make our lives miserable and to affect our depression negatively

And on the other hand, Greece has to face  Chancellor Merkel and a cowardly run E.U.

Come on!

Let us Breath, we give, and we give more and still we are Junk !

Holidaying in Bansko (update)

31 12 2009

Last night we returned home from our ski trip to Bansko, Bulgaria.

As I mentioned on a previous post, I had no previous experience of skiing…or Bansko…

Thus, the first day, when we woke up, I looked outside the window of  our hotel room and I saw …

... a foggy Bansko

We left our hotel and drive to the top of one of the ski slopes of the resort, parked the car next to a cafe’-chalet and started wearing the ski gear – boots, skis and batons… the whole lot!

almost there...

When we realized that we were completely ski- incompetent … it was a bit late.

Marianna, by being more courageous, had a couple of ugly falls…

Ouch!

Ouch!

whereas I was rather scared even to wear the skis after realizing how slippery they were…

to wear them or not to wear them?

After a couple of hours I was really afraid of the skis, the boots were hurting my feet and my fibulae were red and almost burning. And all of these because we had to go downhill on a rather steep slope without the ability/quality of skiing. So we went downhill on foot (actually on ski boots) carrying the batons and the skis…for almost 1.5 km.

where the heck is the chalet???

Instead of embarking on this stupid and tiring feat, we could have spend our day staring at the beauty of the mountains…

the calmness within ...

When we finally reached the chalet, we had chicken soup, roast peppers salad and pickled vegetables, which we gulped together with two ice cold beers…and suddenly we forgot everything about our disastrous first attempt of skiing the slopes!!!

The next morning we need some help, and we asked for a ski instructor.

Katerina, our ski instructor was very helpful and VERY patient with her students… At the end of the day she was very proud of her new students !

born to ski!

Born to ski !!!

Look...No batons !

The last day we were able to ski among children, other newbies and pros… but we were not ready for a whole ski slope… maybe next time!

until then …

take a break !

I wasn’t updating my blog because…

18 12 2009
  • … I was busy learning how to drive a car ( I know it’s a bit late now but, late is always better than never!!!)

    well...it's a start!

  • I ‘ve been doing some Xmas shopping for family, friends and myself (of course!!!).
men’s section

again... men's section ...

...and last but not least, for a bit more funky and casual look...

So, are these reasons good enough ???
