After a terrific summer, life is not going to be the same again for us- and we love it! and the reason is… Our baby boy is the reason.

Cooking Chinese

Got the munches while watching The Italian Job on TV. so I prepared some vegetable chow mein noodles…

Used only Greek style vegetables:  green and red peppers, parsley and coriander, garlic and olive oil.

stir fry the veggies... in olive oil

Added some  egg noodles and chilli sauce (sweet and hot) together with a splash of light soy sauce

...and with the noodles in, you just have to do the "pirouette" with the pan!

I am drooling all over the keyboard!!!

Adu and Zizel …

Back in January, someone brought a couple of puppies and left them in Psakoudia, outside my front yard…

I kept them, I named them, I called the vet and gave them vaccines and medication…

The dogs are now a bit bigger, but still very playful!

Zizel... she is a supermodel indeed!

During Easter Sunday, I prepared my humble home for all the family to enjoy the Easter Sunday Lunch …

After a rather tiring – but quite rewarding noon, and just after the desserts, I found some minutes to stroll along Psakoudia, and take some photos.

around 6.30- 7 am this morning I took a shot of this cormorant on a small fishing boat …I believe the bird was trying to intimidate or flirt nearby birds.

about 2 days ago I saw 2  cormorants doing the same thing, but I didn’t have my camera with me…

Interested in media…

media world

Since adolescence I was interested in the media sector… together with some friends we started a school newspaper, wrote several articles on local news, cooking, anecdotes and crosswords,  most of the time by copying them out of other media…

We continued our feat with printing more issues,  adding a sports section, photos and advertisements of local companies.

We finally managed to put aside enough money and used them together with other funds for a 7-day long trip to Rhodes in 1997.

Since then, I entered the digital era with the set up of a blog in google’s blogspot back in 2005 which was then left lying on the web…

Last year I started a new blog, in wordpress this time, with the name Imprim@tur, which I keep till today…

I also entered the community of twitter with the same name , which is fun only when you are in a range of a wifi connection and you are updating your twitter status by sending photos taken with a smartphone and use twitpic to send it to twitter etc…

For the last couple of months I am working on the newsletter of an NGO which works with women and preventive breast cancer screening.
